I hereby authorize TFG Corporate Services and its duly authorized representatives to act on behalf of my company in all matters relating to regulatory, compliance, administrative, and statutory requirements, including but not limited to the preparation, execution, signing, submission, filing, updating, and maintenance of all necessary applications, forms, declarations, returns, documents, records, and correspondence required by any competent authority, including the Federal Tax Authority, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, immigration authorities, licensing authorities, free zone authorities, and any other relevant governmental or semi-governmental entities in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere as applicable. This authorization further includes the preparation and use of company letterheads, stamps, seals, and official stationery, as well as the issuance and execution of any documents and communications required for such purposes, and extends to handling all follow-ups, clarifications, renewals, amendments, compliance updates, and any ancillary administrative actions necessary to ensure full regulatory compliance and the continued legal and operational good standing of the company in accordance with applicable laws and authority requirements.
